From farm to fork
When creating the menu at Hovs hallar our love for ingredients is what comes first.
We use things that are grown locally, following the rhythm of the seasons. That is why most
of what we serve is harvested on nearby farms. Animal husbandry, meat processing and the
fish stock of the future are always our concern when making menus.

We have a smaller ala carte menu that varies from day to day

If you have booked a room with breakfast – we suggest that you make a dinner reservation if
you wish to have a meal in the evening.
In the low season the restaurant may be closed if there are no guests with dinner packages
or conference guests staying at the hotel.
